Dr. Arne Astrup, in 1986 Completed his Doctor of Medical Science (DMSc/PhD) inUniversity of Copenhagen, Denmark. In 1981 Graduated in Medicine (MD), University of Copenhagen, Denmark and in 1980, Research Scholarship, University of California, San Francisco, U.S.A.
He is currently working as Professor (sabbatical), Department of Nutrition, Exercise and Sports, Faculty of Science, in the University of Copenhagen.
