He is completed MBBS in bharti vidyapeeth medical college,pune university and completed M.S (opthalmology)-Bj Medical college,pune sasoon hospitals,pune he obtained gold medal from university of pune for M.S in opthalomology department university of pune,india in the year 2002. He holds FRCS (opthalmology) -glasgow(UK) and fellowship in vitreo-retinal surgery at Retina Foundation Ahmedabad.His research interests reflect in his wide range of publications in various national and international journals his publications includes strategy for the management of complex retinal detachements,strategy for the management of uncomplicated retinal detachemnents,biomedicine & ageing pathology
