Paulo Cezar Campagnol Graduated in Pharmacy and Biochemistry (2005) and Masters in Food Science and Technology (2007) by the University of Santa Maria. PhD in Food Technology by the University of Campinas (2011). Currently, is a research professor (“Instituto Federal do Triângulo Mineiro).
Paulo Cezar Campagnol research interest includes area of Food Science and Technology, with emphasis on technology of meat products, mainly in the following areas: reduced sodium and fat in fermented meat products.
