KITAGAWA YUKO Director General of Keio University Hospital. Yuko Kitagawa was born in 1960 in Tokyo, Japan. After graduating from Keio University School of Medicine, his enthusiasm on surgical oncology and acute care encouraged him to enter the Department of Surgery.he started his administrative work as a director general at Keio University Hospital.
