Dr. Youri L. Vater is an Associate Professor of Anesthesiology & Pain Medicine at the University of Washington. He is graduated from Rutgers New Jersey Medical School in the year of 1977. Dr. Vater has over 38 years of experience in the field of anesthesiology. Dr. Vater has a rreat passion in liver transplantation anesthesia and new world challenges - global obesity epidemics and aging. His research interests are Fast-track anesthesia management in liver transplantation; anesthesia for bariatric surgery and obesity; ischemia-reperfusion physiology.
