Biography
Vitor H. Pomin was born and raised in Petrópolis, a small town approximately 40 miles away from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in the year 1980. After finished his high-school studies, he moved to Rio de Janeiro to pursue the degrees of Licenciate in Biological Sciences (2003), Masters (2005) and PhD (2008) at Biological Chemistry supervised by Prof. Paulo Mourão; all degrees from Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.
