Todor Tagarev is Currently working as Professor at the Institute of Information and Communication Technologies, Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, and Head of its Center for Security and Defense Management, Bulgaria. Security and defence planner combining governmental experience with sound theoretical knowledge and background in cybernetics, complexity, and security studies; Considerable expertise in leading and participating in national and international research teams. Currently involved in projects on cybersecurity and crisis management.
