Biography
Working in the areas of monitoring and reversal of NOACs and also pathogenesis of keratoconus, macular degeneration and Stevens Johnson Syndrome/Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis. Engaged in research on CRISPR/Cas9 genomic disruption of VEGF-A expression in human Retinal pigment Epithelial cells compared to chronic aspirin-induced genomic disruption of VEGF-A expression. Focusing now on Coronavirus-induced activation of coagulation and potential role of tPA and Enoxaparin or Apixaban.
