Majed El Zouhairi is currently working as a Research Fellow at Division of Gastroenterology, Duke University Medical Center, Durham, NC, USA. Majed El Zouhairi joined Duke University in 2015 as a Gastroenterologist. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and completed his medical school in Beirut, Lebanon. He then moved to the United States in 2007 for his Internal Medicine residency and to conduct research on Gastrointestinal malignancies at Georgetown University Medical Center in Washington, DC; while there, he won several awards for his research work. He then completed a Fellowship in Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, NC.
