Dr. Levent Yurdaer Aydemir, Doctor of Philosophy, Food Engineering, Adana Alparslan Türkeş Science and Technology University, Turkey. His study interest major on Food Chemistry, Proteins, Food Analysis, Food & Nutrition, Protein Purification, Food Biochemistry, Food Packaging, Food Texture, Packaging, Antioxidant Activity, etc. He published nearly about 27 articles in many journals and the articles are informative and got good citations with 198. He had worked on 10 projects which are related to Plant Physiology that are informative and interesting.
