Biography

Dr. Chu obtained his PhD in Medical Virology from the National University of Singapore NUS. Dr Chu was awarded the prestigious Singapore Millennium Foundation Postdoctoral Fellowship in 2006. Subsequently, Dr. Chu continued his postdoctoral training at the Harvard Medical School where he developed a novel high throughput antiviral drugs screening platform for dengue virus. In 2007, Dr. Chu received the distinguished Lee Kuan Yew fellowship and the America Society of Microbiology Scientific Achievement Award ICAAC and the Young Investigator Award in the year 2008.
