Biography

Dr. Grace Sirju-Charran graduated from the University of the West Indies, St Augustine with a BSc. (double First -Class Hons. In Chemistry & Botany) and Ph.D. (Plant Biochemistry). She is a member of the Bureau of UNESCO’s World Commission on the Ethics of Science and Technology (COMEST), currently serving a second four-year term as its vice-chairperson, and was the Rapporteur in 2017. She has published nearly about 9 articles that are informative and got good citations. She had worked on 1 project "Stem Tuberization in Manihot esculenta" which is quite informative and interesting.
