He is awarded PhD from University of Illinois, USA in the year 2007. Currently, he is working as Associate Professor at Western University of Health Sciences, USA. His international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study. His research interests reflect his wide range of publications in various national and international journals.
His research is focused on the study of thrombosis and platelet biology. His primary goal is to delineate signaling pathways involved in platelet activation and to investigate their role in the pathogenesis of thrombotic diseases by employing a host of molecular, biochemical and pharmacological approaches, as well as an in vivo Carotid Artery Thrombosis model in our studies. His ultimate goal is to identify novel therapeutic targets for the management of thromboembolic disorders.
