She has a degree and PhD in Biology from the University of Barcelona. After six months at the company Purac Bioquímica (in the R&D and Quality, Safety and Environment departments), the group began its doctoral thesis on morbid obesity in humans (DEA defended in 2007). It is currently contracted by CEREMET. Participates actively in CEREMET projects.
