James Bainbridge

Biography

James Bainbridge, MA MB BChir PhD FRCOphth, is Consultant Ophthalmologist at Moorfields Eye Hospital, and Faculty Member and Investigator, National Institute for Health Research. He received his MB BChir from the University of Cambridge and a PhD in Genetics from UCL. He has been awarded the Foulds Trophy, the Academy of Medical Sciences Young Investigator Award for Ophthalmology, the Foundation Fighting Blindness Board of Directors Award and the Fincham Medal.He has published more than 50 original articles and is a serving editorial board member for 3 journals and reviewer for 10 journals
