Debalina Sarkar is a cancer researcher working on endocrine cancer in the department of Surgery in Bringham and Womens Hospital. She is also a research fellow in Harvard Medical School. During her PhD, she specialized in studying colorectal cancer models. She did her post doc from University of Florida in the department of pediatrics at University of Florida, working on gene therapy of hemophilia. Prior to this, Sarkar also worked on stem cells at Georgia Institute of Technology as a visiting scholar. She has experience in the fields of cancer research, immunology molecular biology, and stem cell engineering.
