Worldwide, an estimated 19.3 million new cancer cases (18.1 million excluding nonmelanoma skin cancer) and almost 10.0 million cancer deaths (9.9 million excluding nonmelanoma skin cancer) occurred in 2020. The global cancer burden is expected to be 28.4 million cases in 2040, Although there are several unique advantages for cancer treatment, in recent years, problems such as poor drug targeting efficacy, increased tumor hypoxia, severe coronary syndromes, excessive ventricular conduction and drug-induced drug resistance have emerged chemotherapy and increased risk of tumor metastasis have limited their potential clinical use. To deal with these challenges, it is vital to use compounds with the advantages of targeting molecules that are active in processes such as cell cycle, metastasis, angiogenesis, apoptosis and autophagy in the creation of a cancer mass. Hence the use of plant see.. View More»
