Biography

He completed his Ph.D., Department of Mechanical Engineering, MIT(1990) Now CEO of Linton Machine Corporation, and Linton Crystal Technologies (Kayex), Previously President & COO of JYT Corporation, Beijing, China (Market Cap ~ 2 Billion USD),Former VP and General Manager of Ferrotec (USA) Corporation, Bedford, NH,Extensive experience in Corporate Governance, Sales, Marketing, Business Management, and international operations,Brought a start-up company through IPO. IPO market cap ~ 3 billion USD,Extensive experience in engineering management and management of major R&D projects, with executive positions such as VP of Engineering, and Director of R&D,Chief Design Engineer of US’s first CZ-300 crystal growing system, Author of about twenty technical papers. Currently holds seventeen US patents in areas related to renewable energy & semiconductor equipment, crystal growing systems, ferrofluidics seals and devices, thermal-electric devices, instrumentation and precision air bearings. 6 more patents pending, A renowned scientist in the field of solar energy and semiconductor equipment technology,Special Adviser to Beijing City Government,High Level Specialist from Over Seas, appointed by Beijing City Government.Linton Machine, together with its subsidiary Linton Crystal Technologies (Previously Kayex) is a leading manufacturer of crystal growth equipment, as well as multi-wire saws for silicon wafer production.JYT is a leading manufacturer of solar and semiconductor equipment. Its products include Czochralski crystal growers, directional solidification furnaces, float-zone crystal growers, poly-silicon reactors, Bridgeman crystal growers, etc. Currently it has approximately 1000 employees and a manufacturing floor space of 200,000 square meters. In the year of 2011 JYT made more than 1000 crystal growers with a revenue of approximately 250 million Euro. In September 2011, JYT successfully made its IPO at the Shanghai stock exchange.
