Susan Kaiser is a Clinical Nurse Specialist in adult psychiatry and addictions .Present affiliation is at Family Life Center, 1930 Coon Rapids Blvd, NW, Coon Rapids, MN 55433, phone 763 427 7964. Past professional experience includes: medical/surgical nursing, OR/recovery room nursing, public health, teaching clinical psychiatric nursing at Marian College at Indianapolis, IN, Indiana University at Indianapolis and Kokomo, IN. Ms. Kaiser obtained her BSN from The College of Mount Saint Joseph-on-the-Ohio, and her MSN from Indiana University. Her credentials include: ANCC Board Certification for adult psychiatry, Certified Addictions Registered Nurse-Advanced Practice, and Certified Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor II.
