He is a highly respected medical expert in Hong Kong. Leung occupies the position of the Director of the Institute of Chinese Medicine, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong. His areas of expertise include orthopaedics, osteoporosis, surgery, and traditional Chinese medicine.
