Dr  Pereira IA is Graduated in Medicine from the Federal University of Santa Catarina in 1987 with Student Merit Medal-first place in the Undergraduate course; Clinical Medicine Residency at Hospital das Clínicas at UFPR; Residency in Rheumatology at the Hospital das Clínicas of the University of São Paulo-USP.
