Paolo Falaschi

Biography

Prof. Paolo Falaschi is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Medicine & Psychology of the Sapienza University of Rome. He is the coordinator of the Geriatric Unit at Sant’Andrea University Hospital and of the Integrated Medico-Surgical and Geriatrics Degree Course in Medicine and Surgery (from 2004 to the present). Director of the Master’s Course in Psychogeriatrics. Prof. Falaschi’s research interests’ move towards ageing and psychogeriatrics, including acute and chronic illnesses in the elderly, active ageing and caregiver burden. He has issued more than 500 publications, mostly in peer-review journals, overseen by Pubmed
