Biography

Naourez Ktari currently works Biological Engineering Department, Ecole Nationale d'Ingénieurs de Sfax Tunisia as Current position Professor (Associate). Her research interests are biocompatibility, biodegradability, high-performance liquid chromatography, Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, probiotic strain, crude proteins, extraction and purification, scanning Electron Microscopy, morphological properties of polysaccharide. Numerous of his studies had been published in prestigious global journals.
