Dr. Long Wang is an Assistant Professor of Nutrition and Dietetics at California State University, Long Beach (CSULB). Dr. Wang received two medical degrees in China and completed his residency in Hebei Cancer Hospital in China with a focus on radiation oncology. After receiving his PhD in Foods and Nutrition from Purdue University, Dr. Wang conducted his postdoctoral research at University of California Davis Medical Center.
Taste detection and rehabilitation in different conditions including congenital aglossia, head and neck cancers, and Alzheimer’s disease.
