Dr. Lei Wei, a distinguished expert and author has published several articles on Orthopedics, works in the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University, CORO West, Suite 402A, 1 Hoppin Street, Providence RI- 02903, Tanzania.

Research Interest

Lei Wie research interests have included regulation of chondrocyte maturation and axial skeletal development, the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis to develop new diagnostic tools and therapies. The scientific approach includes clinical studies in collaboration with the divisions of Rheumatology and Orthopedic Surgery at Rhode Island Hospital, laboratory research on human patient tissues, transgenic mice, surgery induced animal models, cell and molecular biology.
