Biography
Dr. Kalyan Annamalai received his BS from Anna University (College of Engineering at Guindy), Chennai, and MS from Indian Inst. of Science, Bangalore, India and PhD from the Georgia Institute of Technology, worked at Brown University and later at AVCO-Everett Research Laboratory, Revere, Mass. He joined Texas A&M in 1981 as an Assistant Professor and was appointed as Paul Pepper Professor of Mechanical Engineering in 2005.
