Mr. Jianfeng He has been the Chairman of the Board of Hollysys Automation Technologies, Ltd. since November 30, 2013 and served as its Chief Operating Officer since February 1, 2012 until 2013. Mr. He serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Beijing Hollysys Group Corporation. He has been with Hollysys Automation for more than 14 years. Mr. He has been a Non-independent director of Hollysys Automation Technologies, Ltd. since November 20, 2013. He holds a PhD in Automation from South China University of Technology.
