Biography

 With her training in general and pediatric medicine and over 20 years experience in dermatology Dr Ross appreciates the value of working with patients to optimise treatment not only of their dermatology problems but also general health.

Her practice has evolved through listening to patients and working alongside colleagues to provide integrated medical and dermatological care. As a dermatologist she is able to treat skin conditions and has a specialist understanding of how to care for the skin.

She qualified from Guy's Hospital and trained in dermatology at St John’s Institute of Dermatology, St Thomas' Hospital and Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. She has been a consultant dermatologist since 1995 and has particular interests in the management of skin cancer and skin surgery as well as specialist training in paediatric dermatology, vulvar dermatology and allergy/patch testing for patients with eczema.

She is a NHS consultant working at University Hospital Lewisham and an honorary consultant at St John’s Institute of Dermatology, St Thomas Hospital London.

Privately she works from Simply Skin Medical, The Hospital of St John and St Elizabeth in St Johns Wood and Wilbraham Place Practice off Sloane Street.

Over time she has developed a personalised approach to dermatology aiming to treat patients as gently and as safely as possible. She understands the importance of feeling and looking good.
