Biography
My principal field of investigation is biochemical mechanisms of signal transduction in platelets. I have well-established experience in platelet biochemistry and signaling; cell isolation; protein purification and analysis in SDS-PAGE; and pharmacological approaches; mouse model (KO and KD), biomolecular techniques, and cell culture. I collaborate with Policlinico San Matteo, Pavia, for the analysis and characterization of platelet-related pathology (MYH9-RD; THC2).
