The nature of cell signal is chemical where neurotransmitters falls under small range signaling molecules that move across the little spaces that lies between the neurons or between neurons and muscle cells.
Cells comprises of proteins that are called receptors that helps in binding signaling molecules and to trigger other physiological response.
