Biography
Hsien-Chi Tsai is a faculty at Department of Vehicle Engineering, National Taipei University of Technology, Sec.3, Zhongxiao E.Rd., Taipei 10608, Taiwan. He researches on Hybrid motor cycle; HCCI engine; Battery; Fuel feed system. His international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study. His research interests reflect in his wide range of publications in various national and international journals.
