  Lymphangioma circumscriptum is a rare disorder of lymphatic channels characterised by multiple grouped thin translucent vesicles. The lesions are often seen around the neck, upper trunk, proximal extremities and tongue. Genital involvement in females has been reported but penis is a rare site.
