Dr. Ibrahim Abd El Salam Abd El Gawad is currently working as Director of Food Safety & Quality Control Lab. Faculty of Agriculture, Cairo University. His research interest includes Nutritional and health aspects of milk and milk components, Functional dairy foods, Safety of dairy products. He is serving as an honorary reviewer for Virology & Mycology: Open Access. He has authored of several research articles/books related to hypocholesterolaemic effect of butter milk.
