Biography

Dr. Bor Luen Tang is currently working at M.Sc.(NUS); Ph.D.(IMCB/NUS) Department of Biochemistry, Singapore. His research interest includes The Nogo system and the endogenous cellular role of their components in CNS neuron and glial. Signalling mechanisms of CNS neuronal growth inhibitors, particularly the Nogo-Nogo receptor axis. 2. Brain-enriched small GTPases and their cellular and physiological roles. 3. SNARE molecules at the trans-Golgi network and endosome and their roles in neuronal growth and axonal transport. 4. Differentiation of mesenchymal cells along neuronal/glia lineage. He is serving as an honorary reviewer for Transcriptomics: Open Access. He /she has authored of several research articles/books.
