Biography

A scientist in human immunology with more than a decade of research experience generated by investigating immune mediated Rheumatic (Systemic lupus erythematosus, Rheumatoid arthritis) and neurodegenerative (Multiple sclerosis) diseases. My training programs have shaped me up with extensive research and analytical skills in the field of autoimmunity with strong technical expertise in the following areas: • Multicolor flow cytometry for immunophenotyping of B cell subsets from human peripheral blood, spleen, tonsil, cord blood and bone marrow tissues • Next generation sequencing • Purification/sorting of B cell subsets by MACS and FACS • Proliferation (CFSE), Apoptosis, Calcium fluxing and Phosphosignaling assays • DNA/RNA isolation and reverse transcription PCR on single cell level • Single cell sorting • PCR • Cloning • Elisa and Elispot assays.
