This study is performed to analyze the factors affecting the surgical design and the complications of orbital surgery for ocular tumors and orbital diseases. The operation plan, operation effect and complications of surgery for ocular tumors and orbital diseases in our hospital over the past 10 years were retrospectively analyzed and summarized. Most of the patients can be operated by the anterior approach of the orbit. Bleeding after operation is a common postoperative complication and the rare complications include ptosis and ocular movement disorders. Using scientific, rational and personalized surgical design can improve the success rate of eye surgery for ocular tumors and orbital diseases and reduce the incidence of operation complications of ocular tumors and orbital diseases at the maximum.
