Abstract :

New laws, increased enforcement and scrutiny by regulatory bodies are driving discussions on data transparency and reliability in the global life sciences industry. This has put organizations under enhanced spotlight, making the roles of quality and compliance teams increasingly complex and demanding. It is critical to leverage technology from both proactive and reactive perspectives to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of your quality control compliance program.

Biography :

Chi Chen is a Forensic Technology Partner in EY’s Forensic and Integrity Services practice. He specializes in predictive risk analytics, proactive compliance monitoring and management systems, trade compliance, data compliance, IP and personal data privacy protection, fraud detection analytics, antitrust analytics and eDiscovery. Rajiv Joshi is a Partner with Forensic & Integrity Services at Ernst & Young India. He has more than 13 years of professional experience and has led various data integrity reviews and investigations across sectors such as Life Sciences, Retail and Insurance industry, globally. He specializes in data integrity reviews, both proactive and reactive, enterprise risk management, investigations, channel reviews supply chain management and compliance. Prior to EY, he was employed at KPMG. He is also the author of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) India’s 1st publication “Internal Audit of Intangible Assets”. Rajiv is a Chartered Accountant, CISA, CFE and CIA. He has done his post- graduation in Commerce from Mumbai University.
