Mrs. LAL, 29 years old, G1P0A0, with gestational age of 15 weeks, with singleton pregnancy in breech presentation, slow movement just one time and heart rate of 158 -167 beats per minute. Her ultrasonography showed a gestational age by fetal body measurements of 15.4 weeks with a fetal weight of 123 grams. Furthermore, oligohydramnios, incipient renal pyelectasis, and megacystis with a volume of 10 cc (Figure 1). The diagnosis of fetal megacystis was confirmed. The patient was treated with intrauterine surgical correction with resolution of this malformation.
