Wanda M. Costen earned her PhD in sociology from Washington State University. She also has an Executive MBA from Pepperdine University and her undergraduate degree is from the United States Military Academy at West Point. She is currently an Associate Professor in the Retail, Hospitality and Tourism Management Department at the University of Tennessee.
