Biography

Shingo IZAWA is Assistant professor of the Research Institute of Food Science, Kyoto University. In April 2001, Assistant professor of the Graduate School of Agriculture, Kyoto University. In February 2009, Associate professor of the Graduate School of Science and Technology, Kyoto Institute of Technology. In March 1992, Bachelor of Agriculture, Kyoto University. In March in 1994. Master of Agriculture, Kyoto University. In July 1999, PhD, Kyoto University.
 

Research Interest

Shingo Izawa research Interest include Alcoholic fermentation, Yeast biology, Brewing of sake, wine, and beer.
