I received my PhD in Biochemistry from the National University of Ireland and did my postdoctoral training in the Department of Molecular and Cellular Biology in Baylor College of Medicine on nuclear receptor coregulator function and mechanism. In 2003 I founded the Nuclear Receptor Signaling Atlas (NURSA) website, an information and research resource for the nuclear receptor signaling community.
