Dr. Joachim Wink has Long time experience in building up an maintenance of a microbial strain collection in the pharmaceutical industry with the priorities in strain characterization, development of new conservation technologies, creation of a strain collection database, integration of external collections. Special project experience in the creation of a external back up collection, development of a process for the production of creative extracts in a natural product screening process, development of a medium throughput DNA extraction process for Actinobacteria and management of projects together with external partners.
