Dr. Fridman graduated Summa Cum Laude from the oldest medical schoolin Russia, The Military Medical Academy. He defended a PhD thesis in 2006 on "Biopsy Diagnosis of Adenomyosis "which won several nationalawards. He then began working as a lecturer in the Saint-Petersburg State University and several affiliated institutions. In 2008, he then decided to pursue additional knowledge and accepted a residency position at Maimonides Medical Center in Obstetrics and Gynecology. This is the busiest obstetrical hospital in New York State. He is currently working and enjoying helping his patients, while continuing to teach medical students the art of obstetrics and gynecology.
