His research interests include tourism workforce development and hospitality financial management. Dr. Goh has served as reviewer for various hospitality research journals and has consulted with numerous companies in the U.S and Asia. Dr. Goh is the co-author of Category Management: A Retail and Hospitality Perspective, Prentice Hall (2010).
