Biography
He is awarded PhD in 1990 in Aerospace Engineering from University of Southern California. He holds a Master Degree (MSc) in Aeronautical Engineering from Technion-Israel Institute of Technology in the 1984, followed by a Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Aeronautical Engineering from Technion-Israel Institute of Technology in 1981. He has extended his/her valuable service in University of Arizona for years and has been a recipient of many award and grants.
Research Interest
His research areas are Science and technology of MicroElectroMechanical Systems (MEMS), Microscale fluid mechanics and heat transfer, Bio-MEMS: microscale manipulation of DNA, proteins and cells, Microsensors and microactuators and Integrated microfabrication technologies.
