Vinod Kumar Tyagi

Biography

 He is currently affiliated to the Department of Oil and Paint Technology at Harcourt Butler Technological Institute, Kanpur (U.P), India. His research interests include Lignin,Combinational culture, Lignocellulose biomass degradation, pre-treatment approaches and sustainable energy.He is currently serving as a professor at the Department of Oil and Paint Technology at Harcourt Butler Technological Institute, Kanpur (U.P), India. He was awarded PhD Chemical Technology (Oil Technology) from H.B.T.I, Kanpur, India in the year 1992.  He holds a Master M. Tech. Chemical Technology (Oil Technology) from H.B.T.I, Kanpur, India in the year 1986 and a Bachelor’s Degree B. Tech. Chemical Technology (Oil Technology) from H.B.T.I, Kanpur, India in the year 1984. He has extended his valuable service as a Professor in Harcourt Butler Technological Institute Kanpur, India since 1997 and has been a recipient of many award and grants. His research interests include Novel Surfactants, Oleochemicals, Biomass, Lignin and sustainable energy. His international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study.  His research interests as a Professor reflect in his wide range of publications in various national and international journals.  He is the Editorial Board Member of reputed journals and serves as a member of various associations  apart from being an author for many books.
