Dr. SURAJIT RAY is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics, Boston University, Boston. In 2003, he earned his PhD. degree from Department of Statistics, Pennsylvania State University. Dr. RAY has published more than 20 papers in peer review journals.
His research interest includes Theory and applications of finite mixture models, and detection of modes in high dimensional data, modal clustering, Medical Imaging and Bioinformatics.
