Mr.Shivaputra A. Patil is from Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, University of Tennessee Health Science Center, Memphis, USA. Dr. Shivaputra Patil is a Research Assistant Professor in Pharmaceutical Sciences Department at University of Tennessee Health Science Center (UTHSC), Memphis (2010 to present). He received the Ph.D. degree in organic chemistry from Karnatak University, Dharwad (India). He was recipient of senior research fellowship from Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), India. He worked on NIH funded grants for his post doctoral research at City college of CUNY, New York and UTHSC, Memphis. He also worked as Adjunct faculty at University of Memphis, Memphis (2006-2007). He is a member of American Chemical Society (ACS) since 2002. He is broadly interested in developing anticancer agents through his research.
