Biography

Dr Sheikh Shoib. has received his MD psychiatry in Kashmir University, India during the period of 2010-2013 Currently, he/she is working as Senior resident in IMHANS Kashmir. He has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities as Registrar. Author is Life fellow in AIPI and Fellow member in Indian association of biological psychiatry. Author is the youngest registar working in department. Dr. Sheikh Shoib is interested to unravel the multiple dimensions of human behavior, psychiatric aspects of endocrinological disorders, suicide and stress related disorders. He has been active in rendering services to emotionally disturbed areas over the past few years. He has done M.B.B.S (2003-2010) from SKIMS Soura obtained good percentage in M.B.B.S. He qualified M.D psychiatry from GMC SGR (2010-2013) exam in first attempt. The author has over 31 International and National publications to his credit. He has presented several research papers in International/National conferences and seminars. He is presently working as Registrar in Department of psychiatry, Government Medical College Srinagar Kashmir
