I have produced a large number of medicolegal reports for court (15-20 per yr) with around 60% for claimant. These cover aspects of brain injury, functional ability and loss, rehabilitation, prognosis and long-term needs and management. Acquired brain injury covers a wide area of conditions including trauma, stroke, infection, cerebral haemorrhage, metabolic and hypoxic causes of injury.  I have also produced numerous reports on aspects of Mental Capacity, assessing specific decisions as required and determined according to the Mental Capacity Act 2005.
